You’ll stay comfortable year-round with central heating and cooling, and the fast, reliable Wi-Fi makes it easy to work, stream, or just relax. The covered patio out back is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down at the end of the day. We’ve added a metal front and back entry doors along with a Ring security system and doorbell camera so you can feel safe and relaxed during your stay. We’ve made sure all the essentials are ready for you, so all you need to bring are your clothes! Guest access The entire home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home! Other things to note Check-In Requirement Please note that we require a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This helps us keep the home safe and secure. The name on your ID must match the name on your reservation. *There’s a separate apartment in the basement of the home. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness in keeping noise down during quiet hours (10 PM to 7 AM) so everyone can have a peaceful stay. *Utility Service Fee . There will be a $200 fee per month this will be requested directly each month. *Guests with pets: We’re happy to host pets and love making them feel at home too (certain pet type restriction's apply) . There’s a $150 pet cleaning fee, and we’ll send the payment request on the day of your check-in. We do ask that pets not go on the back deck to help keep things clean and safe. We also require that if you have a pet that you cover the couch and chairs. This is primarily for your protection as we find with pets. They typically damage Couch and chairs and ultimately you would be charged for any damages. By covering the couch and chairs, you greatly reduce the likelihood of damages caused by pets. .
