A house with 4 bedrooms, 2 single beds per room. 3 bathrooms, kitchen with open floor plan towards the living room and terrace. Barbecue & dining area is just outside the entrance. Bus connection is available to the city center, which is a 15-minute drive. A small town center with Ica Maxi, Systembolaget, pharmacy, pet store is a 2-minute drive away. The farm, the house is located between Råå and Rydebäck and is next to Rya Golf Club. The space The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room, one of which has a sofa bed for 2 more people. That is, 10 beds where the sofa bed is more suitable for children/youth. 3 bathrooms, of which 2 also have a shower. Living room and kitchen, large patio with sofa set, gas grill and long table under a roof. Wi-Fi, TV with cable package and PS3 console. Bed linens are included for stays shorter than 5 nights. For 5 nights or more, bed linens are included. Otherwise, you can add it for SEK 90/per set. Duvets and pillows are available for each bed. Other things to note After the stay, cleaning is mandatory, such as: * Bathroom (Toilet & sink) * Kitchen (Kitchen counter, fridge, freezer and oven) * Vacuuming and floor drying * Bed linens for each individual bed must be brought, duvets and pillows are available for each bed. Bed linen is available for a fee of SEK 95/set.
