Other things to note Due to cleanliness and hygiene pre-caution: We have the apartment fumigated against any pest every 60 days with biodegradable certified pest control products. We have also a deep cleaning thereafter. If you leave SAND in the beds, showers there is a $ 25 added cleaning fee or $ 100,000 COL because we will have to bring in an additional cleaner to deep clean the apartment WRISTBANDS/ MANILLAS There is a wristband or building fee for each guest over 12 years of age of only 30,000 COL approx 6 USD.
