Our apartment is furnished for peace seekers with attention to detail. It has everything you need for a short but also for a longer stay. The space The house was built in the 1950s. To get from the front door to the elevator, you have to climb half a floor via stairs. The elevator takes you to the 5th and top floor of the house. The apartment has been renovated with attention to detail and modern demands. The color concept is calm and is based on natural tones. White, beige and green tones run through the entire apartment. Our guests have fast Wi-Fi internet (250 Mbit/s) at their disposal. The hallway leads to the toilet, bathroom and finally to the living room, where the dining area is also located. The sofa can be pulled out to a queen size bed. It offers 2 guests a comfortable place to sleep. For cozy evenings watching TV, a new Samsung SmartTV is at the disposal of our guests. The dining area is equipped with a round table and up to 5 seats. The adjoining kitchen is around the corner and is stylishly furnished. Particular attention was paid to quality and design when making the choice. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother). These rooms face east and have a nice morning light mood. Through the two windows you can see a large tree in the wide courtyard and even see the city's landmark, St. Peter and Paul Cathedral (Petrov). The bedroom is on the west side of the apartment. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the second landmark, the Spilberg. The bedroom was designed in beige tones. The high-quality box-spring bed and the luxurious bedding guarantee pleasant and restful nights. A 2 m wide wardrobe In addition, a small workplace is set up. A basket with a yoga mat completes the offer for those seeking peace. From the bedroom you can access the west-facing balcony, which offers a seat for two. From here you can watch beautiful sunsets. In the bathroom there is a sink, shower and a washer/dryer unit. Guest access You can use the entire apartment and have access to all rooms as well as boxes.
