The space Queen sized bed with ample storage underneath and in wall-unit cabinetry. Sofa folds down into a twin sized bed but may be uncomfortable for adult guests. Guest access Enjoy the area around the guest house and rear of property. Other things to note A concrete pad is located nearby for parking of boats, jet skis, & trailers. Indoor parking for larger items may be available for an additional fee. This does not include RV’s in which anybody is staying. There is an open ended shed about 200’ from guesthouse under which guests can park vehicles during inclement weather.
