Make Roost’n Roanoke your home away from home! 6 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to downtown, and lots of shopping and restaurants in between in a great, steady neighborhood. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a spacious sunroom with a fun kids’ corner and an office space for at-home work. The flat, spacious backyard is fenced-in, and the kitchen is fully stocked to cook everything from Thanksgiving dinner to popcorn for a cozy movie night. Linens and towels are provided. The space Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed with a twin bed trundle that rolls out from underneath. Refer to the pictures to see the layout of these bedrooms. Linens and towels are provided. We love anticipating guest needs, so we provide travel packages of toothpaste and extra supplies such as tooth brushes. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided as well (feel free to bring your own if you have specific preferences or have an extended reservation). The coffee pot is a traditional drip kind. We provide a starter amount of coffee, coffee filters, and tea. Guest access Guests will have access to the home with NO shared space. The whole place is yours! The basement is unfinished and we only keep cleaning supplies for our staff there. Other things to note Up to 6 guests are welcomed at Roost’n Roanoke. No on-street parking, but the driveway provides ample parking space for guests. No more than 6 guests are allowed at Roost’n Roanoke at any point. No parties or large gatherings. This is a wonderful family-friendly neighborhood, so please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Fines will be implemented for parties or disruptive events, or for violating quiet hours.
