The two-room apartment with a bedroom and kitchen is in the city center and you will be close to everything you need. This is a renovated house with modern decoration, warm in winter and cool in summer. The space The 45m² accommodation is on the first floor of a two-storey building without an elevator. It has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m), an armchair that becomes a bed and a sofa that opens (1.40) in the kitchen. It can accommodate a family with two children and an infant as there is a playpen and a high chair (upon request). You can cook in our equipped kitchen by shopping in the neighborhood where there is a bakery (50 m) and a supermarket (20 m) a short distance away. With the board games available in the accommodation you can spend pleasant hours playing with your friends or family. Books are available for your relaxation. Guest access The main entrance of the building is shared and locks. The building has no elevator and access to the accommodation is by stairs. There is also a balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. Other things to note At a distance of 10m. is the "New Park" where there is a municipal playground, cafeteria, basketball court and fitness equipment for everyone. At 250m there is a taxi rank, the intercity bus station, the city's pedestrian street, the central square, the city buses and the flea market. The School of Agricultural Sciences (TEI) is 2km away from the accommodation and the university (Department of Psychology, Pedagogy, Kindergarten, Fine Arts) 2.6km. Transportation is by city buses.
