The space The property stands tall in its surrounding territory, offering a brightly lit position, and it is situated in front of the Monte Navegna and Monte Cervia Natural Reserve. The accommodation is equipped with essential comforts to ensure maximum relaxation and enjoyment. Compared to other villages and areas in the vicinity, we are located at an altitude of 750 meters, providing a cooler environment even in summer and a dry climate without any humidity! • The entrance lounge is shared with other guests, it has windows and represents the heart of the property. There is direct access to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. This balcony offers one of the most beautiful views of the entire lake! • Mirandella Room: bunk bed, smart TV, and access to the same balcony. • Bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures, shower cubicle, hairdryer, and complimentary Shampoo and Shower Gel Kit. Completing the picture is a laundry area located on the lower floor, accessible only from the outside of the building. The entire accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. The Suite (master bedroom) is furnished with a king-size bed, separate from the living room. There is a Smart TV in both bedrooms. In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, bed sheets, and duvets at your disposal. Guest access Guests have free access to all the outdoor and indoor spaces surrounding the accommodation except for the lower floor. The laundry area is accessible from the large entrance located on the outer side of the building; you just need to exit through the main entrance and go to the left side of the property. Other things to note We would like to remind you that the breakfast lounge is shared with guests from the other floors of the building, in case they are staying during the same days as you. Breakfast service is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and can be delivered to your accommodation from the bar of Locanda Belvedere, or alternatively, you can enjoy it on-site. An optional chauffeur service is available upon request. For lunch and dinner, you have the option of home delivery service from the restaurant "Locanda Belvedere."
