Our guests are free of charge. The space The building stands on the surrounding land, providing a bright location, and faces the Montenegro and Montserrat nature reserves. The accommodation is equipped with basic amenities to ensure maximum relaxation and enjoyment. Compared to other surrounding countries and regions, we are located at an altitude of 750 meters, even in the summer, it provides a cooler and drier atmosphere, without any moisture! • The entrance living room is shared with other guests, has windows, and is the core area of the house. Direct access to two bedrooms and bathroom. Finally, there is a laundry room in the basement area outside the building, which can only be accessed from the outside. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. The suite (master bedroom) has a king size bed and is separate from the living room. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. In addition to the welcome pack, you will also provide towels, blankets, pillows, bed sheets and duvets in various sizes. Guest access Guests have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces around, except the ground floor. The laundry room can be accessed through the gate on the outside of the building, just step out the front door and walk to the left side of the building. Other things to note We remind you that the breakfast room is shared with guests on other floors of the building if they are staying on the same dates as you. Breakfast is served from 9:00am to 11:00am and can be delivered by the bar at the Locanda Belvedere Hotel or enjoyed on-site. Chauffeur service is available upon request. Car rental is available upon request. You can choose to have lunch and dinner delivered from Locanda Belvedere restaurant. The fireplace can be used from November to March.
