They say location is everything! Our 1,060 sq ft home is conveniently located in the heart of picturest Bancroft, one of Ontario’s hidden gems. Only a few steps from our backyard you will find yourself on the Hastings Heritage Trail (multi- use -bike, hike,ATV, walk, cross-country ski, etc.). A 5 min. stroll along the York River you will find yourself in the downtown area. Lots of quaint little shops to browse, along with restaurants & pubs!.Algonquin Park is 70 km, Silent Lake is 24 km The space Guests have full access to the main floor including both decks(front & back). Stairs beside the house to access the Heritage Trail, etc. We have another rental unit located on the lower floor which has their own individual entrance. Guest access Can use both decks(front & back). Also you have access to the stairs going down to the Heritage Trail, Riverside Park & the York River! Other things to note I have made up a house manual....... with a few of my favourite shopping stores, hiking trails, canoe/kayak rental places in and around the Bancroft area.
