Single storey house, accessible, equipped with WIFI (fiber), an Apple TV (Free), access to Netflix. Enclosed garden 🌴🌴, private parking, terrace with garden furniture. Private swimming pool 9*4m open from May to the end of september (secured by roller shutter, unheated). Chicken coop at your disposal. The space Baby equipment available upon request (bathtub, booster seat or high chair, potty, travel cot). Open-plan kitchen/living room/terrace, fully equipped, Senseo coffee machine. 1 Bedroom: 1 queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with dressing room, opening onto the terrace. 1 Bedroom: 2 single beds (90x200 cm) with dressing room. 1 Bathroom: double vanity, walk-in shower, towel warmer. Washing machine. 35 m² terrace: outdoor table, parasol, outdoor electric griddle. Enclosed garden, fully secured. Electric vehicle charging station (see conditions of use, can deliver 7 kWh, charge at €0.50/kWh). No pets allowed, no smoking inside accommodation.
