When booking, please send me your full name so you can access the building. 2. 24 hours before your check-In we will send you the lockbox to get the keys of the aparment. 3. If you need to use the assigned parking lot, the access gate control will be inside the aparment. So at the time of your check in you must first enter lobby with your full name and the apartment number. The garbage must be taken out daily. The Check-out: 1. Please let the Electric gate control at the table. 2. Make sure the main door is close and lock. **** Drug use is prohibited inside the apartment and building. **** No Parties allowed. **** Maximum capacity: 2 Peoples (children’s included) Electricity: In Santo Domingo electricity is expensive , however this price includes the regular use of electricity with the option of air conditioning at night time . The guest will be responsible to cover the extra use of electricity if there is an excessive and inconsiderate use of electricity. We recommend; not leaving the A/C on all day and make sure it is turned off if you leave the apartment. If you are considerate, there will be no need to cover extra costs.
