In the other direction you can find Ojibwa Casino in Baraga. The space Island Lane Cottage has a kitchen with a dining area and small two chair peninsula for eating. A living room with couch that pulls out into queen size bed along with loveseat a 50 inch where you can log in to watch. Two bedrooms, first with a full size bed, second with a bunkbed, twin on top, pullout full size futon underneath. The Cottagesleeps 5 comfortably. A bathroom is equipped with lake water for shower, sink and toilet, but does have hot water heater. Approximately 25 miles from Houghton, home to Michigan Technological University, Walmart, across the bridge in Hancock is Portage Health Hospital. Just a little more north you can experience the beauty of Copper Harbor. Just the other direction, roughly 25 miles south, you will find the Ojibwa Casino in Baraga.
