The lovingly newly renovated farmhouse is quietly and idyllically located on the edge of the forest. A 2000 m², completely fenced, natural garden with two terraces offers plenty of space to play and relax. The property is secluded without direct neighbors on a quiet cul-de-sac and is surrounded by meadows and forests. The space In the house is a cozy, bright living area with a well-equipped kitchen and fireplace. From here you can look over the terrace equipped with a barbecue and the large garden down into the valley. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1: double bed and wardrobe Bedroom 2: bunk bed with 3rd mattress in the bottom drawer (e.g. for three children) and shelf The couch in the living area has a sleeping function. Linens, towels and a hair dryer are provided. Families are welcome. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. The Scheibenhaus is the perfect place to relax and a starting point to explore the beautiful Vogtland. It is in the immediate vicinity of the high-altitude health resort of Grünbach. Many beautiful hiking trails start right outside the front door. Follow one of the rocky paths, circle the Werda dam, walk or cycle to Schöneck, 7 km away, which is also called the "Balcony of the Vogtland" due to its elevated location and beautiful views. Here you will find a bike world as well as a climbing forest and the leisure pool "Aqua World & Wellness". Worthwhile destinations in the area are the Göltzschtal Bridge (the largest brick bridge in the world), the Falkenstein and Pöhl dams (for swimming), the Plohn amusement park, the "Grube Tannenberg" visitor mine, the Klingenthal/Markneukirchen music corner with interesting museums and the "Vogtland Arena" large ski jumping hill in Klingenthal. Rental from April to October. Other things to note There is a goldfish pond on the property.
