Welcome to our 50m² duplex apartment, with a breathtaking view of the oceanLocated between Deauville and Blonville-sur-mer, this apartment offers you a unique experience of relaxation and comfort. It is the ideal place to escape from the city and enjoy the beauty of the Normandy coast while being quiet. The apartment, renovated with quality materials and neutral and soothing colors, has all the modern comforts to allow you to spend the perfect holiday. The space The apartment is composed of a maximum capacity of 4 people • A fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, oven, microwave) and open to a spacious living room overlooking the sea. • A spacious and modern bathroom (walk-in shower, WC and laundry area with washing machine) • 2 bedrooms located on the second level equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and a double bed (140x200cm). Both are equipped with storage for your laundry. Please note that the beds will be made upon your arrival. • A 5m2 balcony overlooking the sea will allow you to enjoy the view and have lunch facing the ocean. Around the apartment: Shops and beaches are 8 minutes walk from the apartment. Deauville is located 3km from the accommodation. For horse riding enthusiasts, 2 equestrian centers are located 5 minutes from the apartment by car (with parking). Tennis courts, yacht club, golf courses etc. are also close to the accommodation. The coast also offers a range of Spas and a Thalasso to allow you to recharge your batteries and relax. Finally, the apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence. Wifi access and a private parking space located within the grounds of the property will also be at your disposal. Bed, kitchen and bath linen will be provided. Other things to note Other remarks: • Non-smoking/vaping apartment • Animals PROHIBITED within the accommodation and the property • No events (party, gatherings etc) will be tolerated within the accommodation and the property • not suitable for young children • Respect for the neighborhood • For your comfort, cleaning during your stay (min. 1 week) will be carried out In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental lease and to activate the bank guarantee in the event of overflows or damage. Arrival departure : • Arrival: 3pm-9pm • Departure: 8am-11am Do not hesitate to contact us to let us know your arrival time in order to best organize the handing over of the keys.
