This log cabin has all you need for your get-away. 2 large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and 1 bathroom on main level & upstairs has 3rd bedroom featuring ensuite bath and private deck, perfect for star gazing. Wood burning fireplace, large screened back porch with barbecue. Fire pit area, high speed internet, wifi, fun games. Dog friendly! At the Lazy Days Cabin, you are sure to create new memories with family and friends. Enjoying a cozy fire, swinging on the back porch swing, playing games, and making s'mores around the fire pit will be things you treasure forever. If you sleep with the windows open, all the sounds of nature you hear will be the cherry on top. Your host, Sommar, lives out of town, but is available to answer any questions that you may have. You can see views of the Elijay River as you walk through the neighborhood. Right down the road is a local favorite, rumored to have the best iced tea in the world, The Pink Pig. Our cabin is only 10 miles away from Elijay and 8.5 miles away from Blue Ridge. Being right in the middle of both downtown areas is ideal and offers you easy access to all the shops, antique stores, and great cafes and restaurants you desire. Hiking, biking, fishing, breweries, and wineries are all nearby as well. We're not far from the main road, but it's quiet and you don't need 4WD to get here! You'll need a personal vehicle to get around, but feel free to walk around the neighborhood. You might even see some deer while out exploring. No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/open flames. Need to stay a while longer? If you are interested in a stay that exceeds 21 nights, please send us a message and let’s work something out! Additional cleaning fees will apply. Please give at least 72 hours notice if you need to add guests to your reservation. Maximum occupancy is 6. Children are welcome but please use your best judgment when deciding if this house is right for them. We’ve tried to keep breakables to a minimum and have hazardous materials put away, but there are still sharp corners and other items that may pose a risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly on the outdoor deck. Guest access: You’ll have the whole cabin to yourself. There are no shared spaces.
