The bathroom has been renovated and thoroughly improved Consider below point if you might feel uncomfortable with it: • The apartment is on 3rd floor with no elevator (1st floor is parking area). The staircase is wide enough for you to carry on luggage. Our guest still happy with this so far • If the flat was human, it would be a truly an acient Hanoian from the apperacne to character. Pls kindly note that with the super location and experience, our place is not mordern apartment. However, furniture inside the room absolutely in good condition Guest access You can access all functions / facilities / appliances in the apartment during your stay. - 1BR/2 queen beds + 1 sofa bed with private bathroom - FREE Washer & Dryer - Kitchen in room + Microwave - Air conditioner - Smart TV with NETFLIX - Rotation axis to 180° - Bathroom amenities (towel, toothpaste set, shampoo, bathgel,...) - Hair dryer, iron - Free fast wifi - Free parking area for bike/motorbike on the ground floor. Other things to note - Check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out time is 11 pm (noon) - Please wait at least 10 mins to make sure there is enough hot water for you. And turn off when using to avoid any accidents happen. - No smoking allowed inside apartment. Party and loud music is also not allowed in our house. - Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages. - The alley's gate is closed from 10 p.m to 6 a.m. Please use a given key to unlock it when you are in/out at this period and lock again for the safety reason! - Check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out time is 11 pm (noon) - Please wait at least 10 mins to make sure there is enough hot water for you.
