SALE SALE ROOM is VERY CHEAP !!! the room that we assigned is worth HK6000 - 8500 per month we will arrange. it depends on which room is available so we will arrange. you cannot choose. within 30 mins to Central. can be a room in shared flat , sometimes, if you are lucky, we give out Studio !!! ( if any is available ) some place is NO lift, walk up 5th floor but is a spacious room, some with lift but is a small room. the photos are sample ONLY. Other things to note Please note, there is a HK$1000 key deposit (Refundable) will be collected before move in and will sign a flatshare agreement with us at our office. Also, there will be a Hong Kong Stamp Duty Tax that need to pay to the government, is not alot, less than HK$80. Utilities (Electricity + Water) not included.
