Walk down a short set of steps, past the mail parcel boxes to a level decked walkway leading to Kittiwake front door on the far left. Stepping into the entrance hall you get your first taste of the contemporary space, fresh bold colours and high end finishes. The bathroom is on your right, fresh blue terrazzo tiles frame this beautiful spacious room, which houses a freestanding bath and large powerful shower. On the left you will find the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On entering the open plan living space the room is flooded with sunshine and natural light and through the plantation shutters you get your first glimpse of the incredible sea views. The decor in Kittiwake is elegant coastal chic, blue hues run throughout the apartment mirroring the water outside and interesting pieces of art adorn the walls. Relax back into the sumptuous chaise corner sofa and watch the boats go by or enjoy a movie on the large smart tv above the cosy fire.
