The house is a cozy wooden house/semi-detached house from 1917 that was originally built for the officers who served at Karljohansvern naval base. The house is located a 2-minute walk from the inner harbor and the coastal path. Several beaches within a 5-minute drive, or about 10 minutes by bike. Large playgrounds for the children on the inner harbor with their own saltwater pool where the children play safely. Perfect for families with children with a short distance to everything. . It is possible to rent a cargo bike/bicycles if desired.
