Two separate bedrooms - one with a queen size bed, one with a queen size bed and 1 bunk bed (2 twin beds). Bathroom with tub/shower combo. Open living/dining/office/kitchen floor plan. Guests will have access to the entire home and surrounding property, including attached deck, and path down to waterfront access. Dock is shared with our other rental property. We have a local property manager who is readily available. I am available through Airbnb messaging anytime as well. The historic sister-cities of Hancock and Houghton are located along the Portage Canal, providing ample access to enjoy the waterfront beaches, walking/biking baths, marinas, fishing, and snowmobiling. Our property is located minutes from the airport and the boat and seaplane launches to travel to Isle Royale National Park. Located on Highway M-26 with easy driving access to all surrounding towns. The driveway is shared with our other rental property located on the far side of the lot - there is plenty of room for guests to park at both properties. My husband and I both grew up in Hancock and since moving to Chicago 20 years ago, it has been our dream to have a place for our family to return to and maintain our deep connection to and love for the Copper Country. This beautiful new construction lakefront home is our second on the property where we stay with our kids when we visit each year to escape the city and enjoy the incredible nature surrounding us!
