Wether you want to just relax with a cocktail by the TV and absorb the unique colors of our home, or spend time outdoor in the sun - or shade, enjoy our amazing hot tub, grill a yummy dinner, have fun in the pool with kids - or on a lounge chair with a margarita - this home will deliver. Think no longer and be our guest! The space The home decor is inspired by the mid-century modern era and is full of color, just like any vacation should be. Yet, each bedroom is nice and allows for a total relaxation with all windows equipled with blinds and/or blackout curtains. Very spacious open-concept living room has a huge smart HDTV that can be viewed from all points of the livingroom, dining area and kitchen. There is an open bar with sink, a fireplace for cozy evenings, and plenty of sitting for a group of friends or a family. Multiple windows provide great amount of light and a perfect view of the pool, spa, and outdoor bar area. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor style of vacationing - you will be in love with our home after you stay there! The master bedroom offers an eastern king bed with a luxurious comfortable matterss and features an en-suite with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. A large walk-in closet, a sitting area, a makeup / laptop station, and vibrant decor will make you feel like you are in an exotic resort. The second bedroom offers more vibrant colors and a comfortable queen bed with medium/firm mattress, and a comfortable mattress topper. It also has an additional work/laptop desk, a sitting area, and a large closet. The third bedroom includes same medium/firm queen mattress with extra mattress topper on a queen bed, a sitting corner, and a few additional details that will make you love this room. Spacious hallway bathroom has dual sinks, a shower/tub combination, and plenty of storage The home includes a large oversized 2-car garage available for guests to use during their stay, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a wet bar in the living room, bar and grill outside in the backyard, a grassy front yard, a cool decorative grotto feature in the pool, and much more. The home decor was carefully designed and selected. We hope you enjoy those unique and interesting pieces some of which serve decorative purpose only (mini waffle maker, mini sausage grill etc). All clocks and alarm clocks in the home are decorative and contribute to the mid-century modern aesthetic. They are not functional devices and are not maintained by the host. Please use your personal devices for timekeeping and alarm purposes. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception to the owner's closet, owner's kitchen drawer, and owner's cabinets in the garage. Guests are not allowed to access the pool equipment area behind the wooden gates for liability reasons. Tampering with equipment will result in fines. The pool grotto is a decorative feature only and is not intended for use. Guests are strictly prohibited from climbing inside or on top of it due to safety and liability concerns. The grotto is not designed to bear weight, and any damage caused by walking, climbing, or other misuse will result in charges to the guest. Other things to note No Pets. Service animals are allowed but host should be notified. Appropriate paperwork is required for emotional support animals. Pool/Spa heating is available at additional cost, ranging between $175-250/night for pool and $35-65/night for spa heating. Heating fees are subject to change depending on season, cost of gas, and how many nights it is ordered for. Inquire with host. Long-term guests (reservations of 28+ days) are responsible for utilities. Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am (Riverside County Ordinance No.847). Loud music, parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance No.927 and will not be tolerated. Parking in the garage or drive-way. Absolutely No Street Parking is allowed for guests. Prior to occupancy, the responsible guest over 21 years of age must provide a valid and current picture ID to the host and formally acknowledge and accept legal responsibility for compliance with the Riverside Ordinances No. 847 and 927.
