This fully renovated cottage is the perfect home for family and friends to enjoy a beautiful beach and enjoy everything Historic Crystal Beach has to offer! At no point during your stay should the occupancy of the home exceed 8 people please. We welcome mature groups and families to come visit our Abode that will respect the house rules and neighbourhood as they would in their own home. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT • Bdrm 1: one queen bed • Bdrm 2: one queen bed • Bdrm 3: two single bunk beds Guest access Guest access The entire home is for your exclusive use We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more please plan accordingly. We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing, grass cutting and general grounds keeping/property maintenance. We have a Minut noise sensor outside the home. The noise sensor does NOT record any audio/video, or store any information. The neighbors in Crystal Beach are quite sensitive to noise and having a sensor allows us as the hosts and you as the guests uphold the quiet and quaint values of this neighborhood. Should your group set off the noise monitor, you'll get a quick note from us letting you know. We want to avoid any issues that might escalate and risk losing our license The person booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age or older. Upon booking all guests will be required to provide the full names and ages of all the guests staying staying on the property as well as the name and address of the person booking the property as per the Town of Fort Erie Short Term Rental Bylaws. Other things to note We would potentially be onsite for property maintenance. This includes general grounds keeping /property maintenance and snow clearing Guest would be advised in advance if any of these services will be performed during their stay Open air campfires are only permitted between the hours of 4pm and must be extinguished before 11pm. Only burn fire wood , no treated or painted wood is allowed. The fire must be contained to the firepit and not exceed more than 66inches in height. The fire must be attended, controlled and supervised at all times. The fire pit is not to be used during a fire ban, heat alert, smog day or when winds exceed 20kms per hour We have a Minut noise sensor outside the cottage.
