Located just 15 minutes from the city and is surrounded by nature, on the east coast trail! The space Open concept cozy ocean oasis, natural original wood ceilings and floors, large windows and lots of light. The patio door leads out to a large deck overlooking the ocean, with panoramic views where you can enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise from your 6-person hot tub. The living room is large and open, with a wood stove, record player, blue tooth speakers, the most amazing leather article couch to relax on, and a pull-out queen sofa to sleep extras or just lay down and relax by the fire. The kitchen is brand new, island with four stools is equipped with everything you would need. Bathroom, in-floor heating, stand-up tiled beautiful ocean green shower, laundry unit. The area is beautiful, with rolling hills, east coast trail and even sweet goats next door that you may get the chance to meet. Nearby convenient stores/liquor express, 15 min drive from St. John's, taxis do go to and from the area. A saltwater rocky beach 30 min on the trail by foot, and other swimming holes nearby, a minute's drive. Hiking galore all around this site.
