Woodland Hills is a neighborhood bordering the Santa Monica Mountains in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles. Please take the time to research the area if you are new to California. We want to make sure you are happy with the location and are here to answer any questions before and after booking. HEATING POOL & HOT TUB | FEE If you prefer the swimming pool and/or hot tub to be heated during your stay, there will be a $100/night fee added to your reservation. All equipment is controlled remotely by our team. Please let us know at the time of your booking, so our staff can power up the heater before your arrival. Keep in mind that it will take about 24 hours for the 30,000 gallon swimming pool to reach its maximum water temperature of 80-85° Fahrenheit. It takes about 1.5-2 hours for the hot tub to be heated separately to a higher temperature. PETS If you plan to bring your pets to the Airbnb, please ensure they are added to your reservation and follow our few house rules regarding pets.
