Garden & Wellness "LeVigne" (opened from Easter 2023) was conceived by our studio as a design apartment, strictly Made in Italy and with furniture that has made design history. In the living room is the famous oval Tulip table and outside is the round table by Eero Saarinen, accompanied by Moises chairs, which were celebrated as a work of art of the 21st century. The space The Garden & Wellness apartment "LeVigne" (opened from Easter 2023) is located in the Mea residence, on the border between the municipalities of Tisens and Nals, along the Nalserbach. Residence Mea consists of three residential buildings built to the standard of the "nature" climate house, with traditional architecture and a modern touch. The building was completed in March 2023 by our construction company "Ergobau" and designed by our planning office "Ergoplan" in the person of the architect Christian Roncolato. The south/west-facing apartment is located in the central building with a private outdoor area of 200 m² and a living area consisting of an indoor and outdoor area of 150 m² in total. The interior has three double rooms, two of which are double bedrooms and one room with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one of which is 10 m², a living room with open kitchen, bar counter and fireplace corner. The outdoor area overlooking the private garden consists of an outdoor kitchen, a bar area, a table for 5/6 people, a Finnish sauna, a hot tub and an outdoor shower. The entire area can be closed with automatic, transparent curtains and screened with white curtains to ensure absolute privacy if desired. The fireplace area of the living room, which invites you to read, relax and enjoy a good wine, consists of the Egg Chair, inspired by the famous Arne Jacobsen, and two Florence double sofas, named after the designer Florence Knoll from 1954. The fireplace area is rounded off with a wall-mounted ethanol stove to give your coziness the right amount of warmth. A wide range of kitchen utensils (Made in Italy & Germany) gives you the opportunity to prepare your food with a touch of design. An electric grill from Weber gives you an optimal grilling experience. The living room and each room have a smart TV (65" and 55"). In the living room, you can enjoy music via a second-generation Sonos box programmed with Home that will listen to you via voice command in the three languages Italian, German and English. Outside you will also find a kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the nature around you. In the garden area there is also a small DOLCEVITA swimming pool (3*5 meters) where you can cool off on hot summer days. Depending on the outside temperatures, the unheated pool is available from April/May to September/October. The outdoor area also has a ping pong table, a sofa corner and sun loungers to relax outdoors. In the basement there is also a foosball and a dart room, for young and old. A private enclosed garage, a covered parking area and an outdoor parking space are available for parking your vehicles.
