Here you get the best of both worlds as this home is only a mile from the ocean and less than a mile to the sound. Enjoy the bikes provided for a ride down the neighborhood bike path to the Wright Brothers Monument or a mile east to the nearest beach access! Very close to many restaurants and shopping. The space This 3 bedroom 1 bathroom lovely home offers 872 beautiful square feet for your vacation needs. This property offers everything you need for your Outer Banks getaway. You will be located a short distance from the sound and the ocean, both of which you can walk or ride bikes to. You will be very close to many shops and restaurants as this home is in the perfect central location in Kill Devil Hills. The home offers 3 queen beds, one full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, dining room and much outdoor living space! You will be supplied with linens, towels, wash cloths, starter dish liquid/sponge, a few k cups and also a 2 trash bags along with extra toiletries in bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and yard with exception to the shed in the back yard and the supply closet off the back of the house. These will be locked. Other things to note You will be provided linens and bath towels. There are 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a small cooler for your use. These are located off the side deck, off the dining room. Also to get you started there will be 2 trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap and sponge, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and basic kitchen needs! You will be responsible for providing anything needed beyond what we get you started with. Although we are dog friendly we don’t allow more than 1 dog. We also are not responsible for your dog while in the yard. We ask that you monitor your dog while outside. Just a quick heads-up on our policy: We happily host families with children, but for group bookings without a parent/guardian present, all guests must be 21+. You must be 21 to book our home. You may see someone from our lawn care team come out for a quick trip during your stay to maintain the grass. If so, we may need to ask you to move any vehicle parked along side of the fence as that is the only access to mow the front yard.
