Enjoy a quiet Vero Beach neighborhood for a long vacation to unwind from everyday life. Coastal Cottage is conveniently located just a short 5 mile drive to beautiful Vero Beach and all of the quaint boutique shops and local restaurants. The space Well appointed bedrooms featuring primary suite with king bed and TV. Second bedroom features king bed and TV. Kids bedroom includes full size bed with twin trundle and TV. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property: the full house, the private saltwater pool, backyard, and BBQ area. You’re also welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. There are no shared spaces — the entire home is 100% private during your stay. The property features a smart lock with code access, so you can check in at your convenience anytime after 3:00 PM. During your stay, pool maintenance will be performed by a professional on Thursday's each week and lawn care on Friday's (no access to the interior required). Other things to note Pool is heated mid-November through mid-April at 82 degrees. Surrounding landscape and tree leaves will cause pool to be cleaned daily with skimmer. Sorry, no pets allowed.
