Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away. The space The barn is situated in a courtyard offering a small self contained kitchen, the living room is open to the full height of the barn with a wood burning stove, comfy sofa and a smart tv. A dining table and chairs and work station complete the living room. The shower room with wc and wash hand basin is downstairs. A metal open tread staircase leads up to the mezzanine bedroom which has either a super king size bed or 2 large singles - please advise preference on booking. Outside private patio space with table and chairs for 2 with barbeque. Guest access You will have the free run of Rose Byre and the small patio to the front within a shared courtyard. The property is not suitable for children or infants, or adults with mobility issues. Other things to note I live in the cottage across the courtyard from Rose Byre.
