Beachfront home w/ unobstructed bay views. Your group will enjoy front-row seats to breathtaking sunrises & water views from the elevated LR and wrap-around deck. The expansive deck with grill & fire table is a great place to sip your morning coffee or gather for dinner & enjoy the unobstructed sights & sounds of the bay. Stay and discover what makes Broadkill Beach so special! Linens are not provided but can be rented from local linen companies. The space Bedroom #1 (main level) has a queen bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 sleeps 4 with a twin-over-full and one single. This room also has a DVD player. Bedroom #3 has a Casper mattress king bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a central bathroom with tub & shower. Easy access to the beach. 2 off-street parking spaces. Occupancy limit 8. Absolutely no parties or smoking anywhere on the property. We will accept dogs with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum per lease, dogs must be hypoallergenic, 25 lbs or less and up-to-date on their vaccinations. Breeds restricted from property include: Boxer, American Bulldog, Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, Rottweiler. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors. Guests are responsible for personal injury and damage to the property caused by their dog(s). Guest access The property is set up for self check-in so you can arrive as soon as the cleaners have indicated the house is ready or late at night, if your travel gets you in at the end of a long day. Guest will have the use of the entire house with the exclusion of the lower level storage room which is for owner use. Please note : There is no parking beside the garage.
