The space HOME RULES We would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. we know, we know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience. -Noise: As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 11:00 pm - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. -No parties or events. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 3 people. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
