The Location While we don’t serve meals on-site, you are minutes away from incredible local dining. We are perfectly positioned for day trips: • Wells, York and Ogunquit Beaches: 25 minutes • Kittery Outlets and Wells Antique Alley: 20- 30 minutes • Portland, ME & Portsmouth, NH: 45 minutes Guest Note: This is a second-floor unit that requires climbing stairs. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of their rooms and private bath. You can also take advantage of the first floor indoor recreational pool (4' deep), living room with fireplace and a breakfast nook. Some common areas may be a shared space if other guests are on site. Pool use will be private/exclusive by simple reservation outside the pool room door. In addition to the large indoor space, you are free to walk about the farm; woods and fields. The wire fence is electric-so don't touch! Owners quarters are private and are labeled. During your stay Owners are easily accessible by the app and are around and about the property Other things to note Property is 1/2 Mike back from the main road, it is a gravel driveway. Well behaved pets are welcome, however they cannot be left alone at the property
