Wonderful area especially in summer since the apartment is close to the lake and strandbads (swimming areas). Walking distance to playground Garden access through kitchen with outdoor dining space for 10 & bbq Location: the apartment is right past the border, one bus stop past the Zurich city border. lake/Seestrasse are located within a 5-7 min walk. The Felbenstrasse bus stop is located within a one minute walk. This bus goes directly to Tiefenbrunnen and Bellevue. Dufourplatz bus stop is less than a one minute walk in the opposite direction. Zollikon train station 6-7 min walk. Parking: one parking space (uncovered) available. Additional street parking is easy to find. Possibility for two parking spots on request prior to arrival. Guests have access to entire apartment except a few locked closets which will house personal items during rental period. NO PETS, NO LOUD PARTIES. Zurich rules are no noise outside after 10pm.
