A beautifully restored coastguard cottage with sea views, two beaches within minutes, walkable village amenities, and direct access to the South West Coast Path. Perfect for families, walkers, and couples seeking an authentic Cornish escape. The cottage offers parking for two cars and flexible accommodation for up to 5 people, either: 2 king beds and 1 single cabin bed OR 1 king, 1 single cabin bed and 2 small singles The space On the ground floor you'll find a light-filled open-plan living room with log burner and two large sash windows looking over the front garden and surrounding coastline. The kitchen is well equipped with a Stoves range cooker and dining space for six. Off the kitchen is a wet room and cloakroom – perfect for sandy bodies just off the beach. From the sitting area, stairs take you to the first floor where you can find: Bedroom 3: a walk-through room with single cabin bed suitable for a child. This room has a small workspace and can also be used for a travel cot (but please note you need to walk through this room to get to the bathroom from Bedroom 1). Bedroom 1 (accessed via the walk-through room): this master bedroom at the front of the cottage has a king sized bed, TV, large wardrobe and stunning sea views. Bedroom 2: At the back of the cottage is a small bedroom with garden views. It can be set up with a king-size bed or two small (2ft 6inch) singles. This room has blackout curtains, a small wardrobe and can accommodate a travel cot. Bathroom: The first floor also has a bathroom with freestanding bath. To the front of the property you’ll find a sun terrace with a small table and chairs and more glorious views. There is a small lawned area in front of the terrace. While dogs are welcome at the property, please note the garden is not enclosed. 2a Coastguard Cottages has parking for two cars - a rarity in the village centre. For years our family has loved living and holidaying in Gorran Haven. We hope you will, too! This cottage has to be one of the best we've ever stayed in , fully equipped and very comfortable, amazing responsive hosts, set in a superb setting overlooking the harbour with fantastic views and surrounded by wildlife, wrens and robins visited us daily Aswell as spotting dolphins in the bay! Lots of magic walks especially the walk to the dodman point from the village , gorran has a great little shop /bakery that's only a short walk aswell as a good little chip shop it's a perfect place for a cornish getaway
