Hoeve Nooitgedacht

The detached B&B of Hoeve Nooitgedacht is no less than 100m2 and is located - hidden in the greenery - next to our old farm. The cozy village of Eerbeek and the Veluwezoom National Park are very close. Here you can enjoy eating, shopping, hiking, biking and horseback riding or other fun things. Hanseatic cities Zutphen (10 km), Doesburg (11 km) and Deventer (20 km) are worth a visit. On two sides, the cottage has a private outdoor terrace with a fenced garden, for lounging or eating outside. The space The ground floor (68m2) contains a spacious living room with sitting area (with WiFi and TV with AppleTV), open kitchen, bathroom with rain shower and (separate) toilet. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms and a landing. The cottage has recently been renovated and has all the comforts. Guest access Through our electric entrance gate, you will arrive at the parking lot of Hoeve Nooitgedacht. You can park your car here under camera surveillance. Through a private, free entrance, you will arrive at the B&B of Hoeve Nooitgedacht. Other things to note Hoeve Nooitgedacht is located in a rural area, in the outskirts of the municipality of Brummen. On the owners' property (1.3 hectares) also live horses and a pony and 2 cats and dogs. We have (by appointment) 2 electric bikes for rent. There are 2 stables (3.5x3) available for guest horses at an additional cost, so you can bring your own horse for a stay. On a full-board basis, you have a 20x40 ebb and flood bottom at your disposal with paddock and a day part of pasture.
