Get to know the city from its most central point. The space The central studio is a newly renovated 52 sq.m. apartment. It can accommodate up to 5 people (ideally 4 adults) thanks to the spacious king size bed and sofa bed (bed dimensions 180x103 cm) and sofa bed (bed dimensions 180x65 cm). The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary cooking utensils, ideal for short meals or breakfast in the apartment. Coffee and tea are also offered to start your day pleasantly. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped with shower, toilet, vanity and washing machine, which makes the stay even more comfortable, especially for long-term visits. The neighborhood around the apartment is lively and safe, full of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, gyms, clothing stores and a bike rental shop, so you can explore the city in a different way. Central Studio is a space designed with care, ideal for couples, small groups and business visitors. The impeccable location, modern amenities and comfortable atmosphere create an ideal environment for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation and the two shared terraces on the apartment's floor. Other things to note • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment but you can use the apartment's balconies or the shared terraces in front of the apartment's entrance. • Cleaning services are available upon timely communication at an extra charge of €15 each time. • According to the new provisions, our accommodation is subject to a tax of €1.5 per night.
