Our house connects 2 apartments on 3 floors in a spacious house, ideal for 2 with high demands and space requirements or 2 couples who want to afford a house together, but each appreciate "their apartment". We have high-quality, very new furnishings and it is up to the parents to take care of their children. Please note that our high-quality natural wood floors are sensitive and therefore no shoes are allowed in our house. If that doesn't bother you on vacation with your children, you are welcome to stay with us. Guest access The entire house is available for the guests. The house offers its own private parking space in front of the small footpath of about 30 m to the house, which can be reserved for a fee and, by arrangement, a garage with bicycle suspension and ski rack. There are more public parking spaces 200 meters away, free of charge depending on the season. On the terrace there is a socket for e-bikes and also in the garage. Other things to note Use of the washing machine by arrangement. No shoes in the house please. The house has high-quality wooden floors that otherwise need to be specially cleaned or even scratched. We are looking for quiet tenants who appreciate a clean, high-quality house. House rules must be signed on arrival. We also use the house privately and therefore everyday things are available: bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. In addition, our piggy bank can be fed for: vinegar and great oils, spices, basic supplies, coffee beans, drinks from the pantry, garbage bags, soap, cosmetics and even wines from our wine cellar. Several herb gardens and berry bushes can also be harvested depending on the season. Our house is still free of private objects and there is plenty of space for guests. The tourist tax is not included, must be left in cash on site and is 5 CHF per person per night. For a booking of 2 people, one bedroom is prepared, for up to 4 people both bedrooms.
