This incredible property has all amenities, amenities include a 180 square foot private balcony, Pool (Seasonal) gym, and dedicated parking stall. The space Suite can comfortably host up to 6, however should privacy be desired it is best suited for 4 people with 2 separate bedrooms at either side of the unit. >Spacious rooms, each with a Queen sized bed and ample clothing storage during your stay. > Sofa bed with available comfort sleep topper > Two full bathrooms, one with tub, one walk in shower. > Spa like amenities in each bathroom > Fully equipped Kitchen with all cookware, bakeware and utensils so you can create full meals during your stay. > Well equipped drip coffee station with single cup and full pot sizes. > Bean grinder and French press in suite. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condominium, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, designer kitchen, living room, and private outdoor balcony space (balcony furniture and barbeque seasonally available based on weather) Registered guests are welcome to use the shared building amenities including a gym, outdoor pool, amenity TV room, event room (must be booked), and outdoor patio including barbeque and Fire Table. Note: Shared building amenities are subject to availability and access that is not in control of the host and may not be available during your stay; Availability may change due to unforeseen or unplanned circumstances. Lack of shared amenities availability will not constitute a refund. Other things to note Registered guests have access and rights to the titled underground parking stall for the duration of their stay. Parking is secured beyond 2 security gates in a heated parkade below the building and accessed via elevator. Additionally, TV Use: The TV is set up for streaming services only. Guests are welcome to log in with their own accounts during their stay. Please note that cable, pay-per-view, or other paid content cannot be ordered. Any additional charges related to purchased services or subscriptions during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility. Lastly, you will be contacted by our third-party I.D. verification service (“Truvi”), where you will need to choose either a damage deposit ($700 CAD (refundable, subject to a small processing fee) or a damage waiver option ($50CAD (non-refundable, no deposit required collected by the third-party provider).
