Shared housing in a peaceful, country setting. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home perfect for agency, contract, and other professionals coming to Hazard for work, as well as students doing clinical rotations at the local hospital. This listing is for a private bedroom with full size bed, large cedar lined closet, and private bathroom in hall. All guests have access to living room, den, full kitchen, and dining room. The space Bedroom is spacious with large closet. Private bath is located in hallway. 50 inch TV with Roku access is provided in shared living room with a variety of live channels including HBO Max and Paramount+ as well as a 32 inch Roku TV in the bedroom. There is a large deck on the front of home as well as a covered back porch with porch swing overlooking the backyard and field. Please note that we do not rent the 3rd bedroom, but it can be arranged for an additional fee and would share the bathroom with this room. Be aware that this is shared housing with the possibility of at least one other guest who may be either gender and/or work opposite shifts. Guest access Guests have full access to the shared living room, den, kitchen, and dining room. This room does not have access to the washer/dryer. During your stay We don’t live on the property grounds, but are only a short drive or phone call away should guests need us. Other things to note A variety of animals roam the property including a pony, goats, chickens, deer, dogs, cats, rabbits, ducks, and turkeys. Guests are urged to drive slowly and cautiously the last 1/2 mile to home. It is located on a 1 lane narrow country road. Absolutely no parties or noise disturbances allowed as most neighbors are our family.
