The Art House PCB is VERY beachfront condo on the second floor in the quieter section of Edgewater Beach Resort - in the Windward Building. With private balcony and sleeping options for 8, THIS UNIT INCLUDES FREE BEACH CHAIR AND UMBRELLA SERVICE MARCH-OCTOBER. The Art House PCB offers a unique experience for guests. The space Inside The Art House PCB, guests will find a spacious living room with stunning floor to ceiling views and access to a private balcony overlooking white sands and emerald waters. Inside is comfy seating, sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar that has seating and sits alongside a dining table that also offers sweeping views. A washer and dryer offers convenience and free wifi keeps you connected. Our master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is equipped with two fulls, Smart TV and has access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combination. We provide 8 beach towels for guests to use. The Art House PCB sleeps 8 and there are strictly no pets or ESA allowed with a minimum rental age of 25 (firm). Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in.
