Feel at home in this spacious and unique family home. Our house was completely renovated in 2023 to accommodate several families in the greatest comfort. Located next to the Terre Nègre lighthouse, you will only have to cross the lighthouse park to reach the beautiful Platin beach and its huts (300 m). The bike paths will take you to the center of Saint Palais, as well as to the Côte Sauvage in 5 minutes. The space The house is composed of: a large kitchen open to the dining room a living room with TV, comfortable sofas and wood-burning stove, 4 independent bedrooms with closets. Two of these 4 bedrooms have beds that are 160 x 200, one has a bed that is 180 x 200 and the last has a bed that is 140 x 190. a children's room with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190), a bed (90 x 190) and a pull-out bed (90 x 190). 3 bathrooms with walk-in shower, 3 separate toilets The separate master suite is equipped with a king-size bed, and a desk for quiet remote working. Each bedroom has its own independent air conditioning. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi 6 and fiber optic internet. The garden surrounds the house and is fully fenced (electric gate and door). You can park three cars there but street parking is also possible (free and very quiet street). Bicycle parking is available in the garden. The barbecue, plancha and garden furniture will encourage you to share gastronomic moments under the shade of the fig tree and under the supervision of the Terre Negre lighthouse. An unheated outdoor shower will allow you to rinse off after the beach. The house has a few steps and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Baby accessories (baby bed, highchair, potty, toilet booster, booster seat) are available free of charge upon request. No pets allowed. Linen is not included in the price but can be provided on request for an extra charge, as well as made beds. Board games and books are available in the living room to spend friendly moments throughout your stay. A foosball table is present in the living room. Teleworking (Tracances) is possible thanks to the very good internet connection (fiber) and the presence of an office in the large, most isolated room of the house.
