The accordion patio doors open completely to let you enjoy the indoor/outdoor living. The main living area features 2 sofas & a smart TV. The kitchen features new appliances & an oversized dining table with seating for 8 people. Rounding out the ground level is a half bathroom & washer/dryer, and a 2 car garage (one compact space). SECOND LEVEL (primary bedroom + ensuite bathroom + guest bedroom + full bathroom) Stairs will lead you to the primary bedroom which features a comfortable king size bed & a twin size bed with a pull out twin size trundle underneath. There is a smart TV and a desk if you need to work from home. The en suite bathroom features double sinks & a walk in shower with an overhead rainfall shower head in addition to a shower wand. The guest bedroom on this level features a queen size bed, smart TV & a desk space. There is also a small patio off of this bedroom. Located in the hallway is an additional full bathroom shared for the guest bedrooms. THIRD LEVEL (guest bedroom) Make your way up the wooden spiral staircase to the top floor bedroom.
