Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We offer a hot tub, kids playroom and a game room so the whole family can be entertained. While also providing plenty of room to spread out. We offer one of the largest yards in the neighborhood. We are close to many unique shops and farmer markets. Just minutes from Harrisonburg and Bridgewater. Our home is conveniently located close to JMU, EMU and Bridgewater college. *If bringing a dog please see note about pets before you book!* The space We offer two bedrooms. Both have Serta mattresses with memory foam. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a daybed (twin)with a trundle(twin). There is a second bedroom with a queen bed. The kitchen has seating for 6 (plus a high chair downstairs if needed). A living room, a playroom that offers a Nintendo, kids movies, books, games and toys. Downstairs we offer a game room with a foosball table and a ping pong table. We have one full bathroom with tub/shower upstairs. We have a laundry room in the basement with laundry detergent provided. There is a small half bath downstairs. We have a large yard with a gazebo and hot tub! The gazebo has curtains you can close for privacy. Enjoy an evening outside on the patio by the fire pit. There is also a table and chairs under the carport where you can enjoy dinner or just relax. *We provide some starter items so you can pack lighter! Like coffee for the Keurig, sugar, a few snacks, waters and sweets. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps. Cleaning products. Laundry detergent. Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, salt, pepper, and cooking spray. Message me details about your dog before you book please. If approved, there is a $50 per dog fee. Will consider 2 dogs. If you bring any pets without permission there will be a $100 charge. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Any chewing by pets or if I have to do additional cleaning because of accidents from the pet there will be a $150 charge. Please clean up the yard after your pet. I provide doggy bags. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house. If you smoke inside it is a $200 charge. Absolutely no parties at any time. There is to be no more than 6 occupants. If additional guests stay without permission there will be a $75 per night per guest charge. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
