NEWLY UPDATED Come and relax in the country. In a 115 yr old tiny home surrounded by 100 acres of farmland. You can sit by the fire and enjoy the quiet solitude of the farm, hit the local beaches, or head into town for some great restaurants. Want to stay in? We also have a few classic board games and a Wii U. Or just curl up and binge your favourite shows/movies! SEASONAL SHOWER IS NOW OPEN The space This building is the former kiln masters cottage. The kiln master would have stayed here during the tobacco season to tend to the kilns throughout the night. The main entrance welcomes you into a bright, farmhouse inspired kitchenette with natural warm textures and light pouring in from the patio doors. This inviting space blends rustic charm, with modern convenience, offering a peaceful spot to unwind and simply enjoy the view of the surrounding farms. The adjacent room is where you can kick back and relax in the TV room. Enjoy your favourite shows, read a book or have some fun with the included Wii U. At the end of your night, retreat to the cozy king size bed, designed for a restful nights sleep. With soft textures and a calm welcoming feel. Free parking for up to two vehicles. Also please note we are surrounded by working farms so some noises (ie tractors, sprinklers and generators may be heard on occasion) Guest access The cottage will be all yours. You will also have access to the fire pit area (chairs provided) barbecue and dining table with chairs and umbrella. Please note the outdoor shower is SEASONAL only, and is open for the spring/summer 2026 Other things to note Property is a 8 minute drive to Cranberry Creek Gardens, 17 min drive to Turkey Point, 22 min to Port Dover and 37 min to Port Rowan. Also there are so many great restaurants, wineries, breweries and recreational activities in the surrounding area. We provide the coffee pods, green tea, coffee mate, sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil and on demand hot and cold water.
