My place is a room measuring 11 square meters on the first floor of a large house near Arabellapark (Munich Bogenhausen). The room has just been newly renovated. The modern architectural house in a quiet, better residential area with spacious living/dining room, garden, terrace and modern kitchen offers plenty of space. My place is especially good for couples to visit Munich on a city trip, or for groups of visitors to Munich Messe or Oktoberfest. The space The guest room is on the first floor and is lovingly artistically designed. The bed is 140 x 200 cm. In addition, there is a built-in wardrobe and a sitting area. The small but beautiful bathroom with shower is directly opposite on the first floor. However, there is also a second large bathroom with a bathtub on the 2nd floor. On the first floor is the 53 square meter living/dining room with leather sofas, TV and Bluetooth-enabled HiFi system, dining table with 6 seats and a modern kitchen with all the usual kitchen appliances. My private food and drinks may be shared after consultation on a self-cost basis.
