Our lake house or boathouse has a completely unique location at the edge of the lake at the end of Torheimsvegen, about half an hour from Nordfjordeid. It is also possible to take a boat across the fjord to Ålfoten to shop for groceries, or you can shop at Nordfjordeid. Guest access Access to the entire lake cabin. If you want a boat and skipper, there will be an additional charge per day. Our boat is well suited for small fishing. There is plenty of space for 8 people in the cabin. From 4 to 8 persons there is an additional fee of NOK 500 per person per day. The cabin has plenty of space for two families, or several couples. Should there be a need for a guest bed, or three people on the loft, we can arrange it. Talk to us. The lake house is located in close proximity to the lake, about 3-4 meters at high tide. TIP: Bring your own life jackets for the small children of the right age. We have 4 life jackets for older children and adults. Enjoy beautiful evenings outside on the terrace by the firepan, or inside the boathouse with a fire in the stove. Enjoy the view of the lake from the large panoramic window up in the boathouse. Other things to note Fantastic trips in the immediate area, short trips, on the farm, longer trips in fantastic mountains, "offpist" skiing in spectacular areas with or without famous people. Day trips to Horndalen, Olden, Loen, Briksdalen and the glacier, Bremanger, Stadlandet, Refvikesanden in Kinn municipality with its 1.5 km white sandy beach and Kråkenes lighthouse, to Sunnmøre, Norangsdalen, the famous Øye hotel, and Geiranger from Torheim, as well as to the national romantic Stryn with its steep waterfalls, deep valleys, high mountains and emerald green waters, where you can take the sky lift or Via Ferrata to Hoven. An evening trip to beautiful Davika by boat from the boathouse is also an experience. Stryn and Horndalen offer alpine facilities and great ski slopes. Torheim stands for recreation and tranquility, and the base for all experiences that you can reach in 1-1.5 hours from the lake cabin by car.
