The space We have up to 1500 sq ft of living space, with a large living room TV area, dining table that seats 6 people, game room with ping pong table, fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 full size bathrooms and one outdoor bathroom and 2 large bedrooms that sleep 8 guest comfortably. You have your own Privacy with no one else to share it with, ocean front access, concrete patio, BBQ, 2 canopies for shade, outdoor table and chairs, freshwater vinyl pool, an outdoor shower, washer and dryer and 2 kayaks and 2 life jackets. Gated driveway is available for parking. Guest access Guest will have access to the bottom floor (1st level) of our two-story home. You will be the only guest on the premises and enjoy the back yard privacy with no one else to share with. Guest will have access to the entire backyard with ocean access plus private driveway parking. Other things to note Bring your fishing pole, the back patio is a great spot to fish from.
