Private room in a great location with en-suite bathroom

Look forward to Lucerne and stay in a private room with bathroom in this large beautiful apartment in a prime location right next to the Dreilindenpark and not far from the center. Me and my two cute blind dogs Ricky and Sophie live here, plus a very nice roommate. You'll still find your peace here and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. The room is furnished and ideal for your business trip or internship abroad. The space You will be staying in a 150 m² apartment, bright in a green environment on a private street. Parking space available. I live in the apartment with a roommate, my two cute blind dogs and look forward to welcoming you here as a host. Of course, you can use everything, cook for yourself, make yourself comfortable in the living room and have access to everything. Feel comfortable and enjoy your work stay. If you have any questions about Lucerne and activities, I will be happy to answer them directly on site. And I am here to help you with your daily planning, as the weather is always the decisive factor and I am happy to help. The bus is a 5-minute walk away and takes you directly to Schwanenplatz in the middle of the old town in 3 minutes. Your private room is cozy, spacious and offers a beautiful view. Directly in the room is a private bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Relax in the living room and enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the large terrace. A piano, chords & djembe to play can be found here, where you live out your musical talent. For game enthusiasts, I have board games & puzzles. A yoga mat & Liebschert&Bracht back stretcher is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped, cook something nice, feel at home. A complete fondue set is available for you. I'm happy to recommend the best fondue in town. During your stay I am available to you during your stay for questions about Lucerne and will also help you if you have any questions in the apartment or in general. For all services: Let me know if you know you want to book a shoot or have your dog/child cared for. Other things to note Be aware: I live in the apartment. You still have your peace and quiet and can move freely throughout the apartment, as I am usually at the PC and also have to travel in nature or to the customer. The apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers as it is pet-friendly. I myself have a small dog with me 1-2 times a week to look after. Just so you know, there might be a little dog in the house. She is dog and child friendly. I also like to take care of your dog (details follow in the pictures).
