Baywatch is one of the only 3 bedroom cottages on The Bay Filey that is detached and has a SEA View. With bathrooms to each bedroom this is a spacious luxurious house - ideal for large family holidays. Baywatch has been a private holiday home and is now ready to welcome its first guests in August 2023! Enter into a luxurious spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead is a large kitchen / lounge diner with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break including a large fridge / freezer with bifold doors offering access to the patio and view! There is also an excellent dining space off the kitchen, with extended oak dining table seating 6 with bifold doors to the patio, Across the diner, there is a comfortable lounge with luxury sofas, seating and large SKY TV (with sports included). There is a lovely log burner available in the lounge area and this is available to use November to March - this is not available in April to October due to the excessive heat generated and the bi-fold doors. (guests wanting to use this must supply own logs) Free unlimited fast fibre wifi throughout. There is also a downstairs wc under the stairs. Upstairs there's a large galleried landing, with 2 stunning bedrooms sharing a balcony (with seaview) each with their own en-suite shower room and bifold doors - an amazing view to wake to. There is also a large twin room with its own en-suite shower room. -Smart TV to lounge with SKY Sports and channels -Unlimited wifi throughout -Two kingsize bedrooms with bifold doors to balcony -Twin room with own en-suite. -Dining room off the kitchen, with large table -Patio with table and benches, BBQ and shared lawned area -2 Parking bays just outside -Tassimo Coffee / Drinks Machine Provided - bring your own pods / drinks -Highchair, Travel Cot, Iron & Board and Hairdryer (bedding for cot needed) -Price includes bedding and towels for each guest (except infant), high speed wifi, and all energy use (fair usage policy applies) This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts. The owners (Jeremy and Debbie) look forward to welcoming you to their lovely cottage. Guest access You will have access to the whole property, parking (near or right next to the house), private patio / deck. Each holiday comes with a bedding and towels, energy use and we supply a cot and high chair for the baby. We dontsupply bedding for the cot so thats the only thing you will need to remember! You get free use of the leisure pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Tennis is available for a small charge. The bay has many routes down to the beach and we supply you with information on this when you book via email. You can also book on any activities organised at The Bay for its guests (operated and charged by Away Resorts). Full information on how to book and the activities on offer are sent after booking.
