Kalayaan Park is just across the street, the park has a basketball court, playground for kids, bicycle and skate board track, street food court, and lighted fountain. Lots of restaurants around for fine dining and budget meals, and coffee shops and vape shops. Our place is just five minutes to all major malls, SM City, Ayala Mall, Pacific Mall, LCC, Yashano Mall, Etc. The space The unit is the first door of an apartment building. The unit is a two-storey unit, receiving area, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and two rooms at the second floor. The receiving area has a comfortable sofa set, stand fan, and 40" smart TV with Netflix and Youtube. The kitchen is equipped with a mini refrigerator, dining table, induction cooker, cookware and dining ware. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a semi double bed (48x75), and a full size cabinet. The other bedroom have one double deck and one single bed, both 27x72 in size and a full size cabinet. Both bedrooms are equipped with AC. The unit has WIFI connection and protected with CCTV, smoke detectors and fire alarms. A first aid kit is available in the kitchen. Guest access The guests have full and exclusive access to the unit except the exit door at the kitchen which must be kept closed at all times. Other things to note A fire exit for the second floor is accessible through the bedroom with double deck bed. In order to access the fire exit, steel encasement windows must be unlocked and pushed outwards, then the screen window must be pulled inwards. The exit ladder must be deployed by a short pull upwards and released downwards.
