Our private dock is available for use, at your own risk. Public boat launch within walking distance. One thing to note: no pets or parties allowed. Please no smoking or vaping in the house. **Please message about availability during off season** The space Just 30 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids with breweries, restaurants and live music. Also 30 minutes from Ford International Airport and 60 minutes from Lake Michigan. Four (4) kayaks (with PFDs / life vests) can be used at your own risk. We have two child life vests. Slight decline down a gradual hill to lake. Enjoy the east facing view while the late afternoon sun is at your back. Amenities & Lake Gear: Full kitchen with NEW kitchen appliances in 2025. We try to keep the kitchen stocked with essentials, like dish soap, washcloths, seasonings, cooking spray, ziplock bags, tinfoil, etc. we also provide your first few days of paper products, laundry soap & trash bags, but for longer stays you may need to bring along extras.
